In 2006, Atlanta was rated 15th of the 17 ports of entry by USDA with 3.9 million units. This accounted for less than 1% of the product that arrived into the USA. Steady growth has been the norm in Atlanta. Since 2009, Atlanta has ranked as the second busiest port of entry behind Miami. In fiscal year 2011, our company has helped grow the port of Atlanta to close to 200 million units which accounts for nearly 15% of the nation�s import of plant cuttings.
Perishable Transport Solutions, LLC, has spent the last six years perfecting their process on importing perishables into the USA. Together with their valued clients, PTS has opened doors to a more efficient way of importing which results in a faster service with less product waste due to unnecessary delays.
